1. Are my products Factory Sealed?- Cases, Boxes, Packs:

Unless explicitly stated, all packs, boxes, and cases are guaranteed to be factory sealed and unsearched. All of our items are purchased direct from the manufacturer or from trusted sources ie. Distributors and trusted retailers.

2. Why did the price increases from the price I saw earlier?

Due to varying factors in the trading card and memorabilia market, prices may fluctuate unexpectedly due to external circumstances, including, but not limited to, sports events, player performance, team performance, etc. At any time, Ausum Sports reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of our items to stay in line with the market.

3. I am not satisfied with my purchase, do you give refunds?

Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final. If you have any issues or concerns with your order we will always work with you to rectify the situation. Please contact our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you! If we make a mistake in processing your order we will do everything in our power to resolve your issue.

4. If I find a lower price on a product will you price match?

Due to the volatility of the trading card market, and costs fluctuations, we are not offering price matching at this time. 

5. My box came with less “hits” Than the box says I should. What do I do?

As a reseller of the products we are not able to offer a refund or exchange in the unlikely instance occurs in which you receive less than the manufacturers average “hits” ratio. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchased, your best course of action is to contact the manufacturer. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information, which is available upon request.

6. If I purchase an older box and receive an expired redemption card what can you do?

Unfortunately, that comes along with buying certain older products. In most cases, there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do, however, we will happily provide you with the manufacturer’s customer service contact information whenever possible.
